All reservations must be confirmed with credit card.
Cancellation for weekdays bookings must be 48 hours prior to scheduled check-in date
Cancellation for weekends bookings must be 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in date
Cancellation for group bookings must be 21 days prior to scheduled check-in date
Group bookings will be required to pay a security deposit of $500, 21 days prior to check-in date

Security deposit of $250.00 required upon check-in
No Pets are allowed in the hotel
No visitors are allowed after 11:00 pm
Non-registered guests are not permitted in the room
You are required to notify the motel office if you are expecting visitors to your room
Quiet hours 11:00pm-7:00am
Please return the room Key Card at the front desk upon checkout
Smoking in hotel premises or rooms will result in a $250.00 clean up fee
Persons 16 year of age and under must be supervised by an adult at all times
Any property damage or inventory lost from the guest room will be charged to the guest
Maximum 2 guests allowed to stay in the Single Queen Bedroom
Maximum 4 guests allowed to stay in the Double Queen Bedroom
